Customize existing Access Control List plugin

SYNOPSIS:
Customize existing Access Control List plugin
I will share plugin once messaging begins.
Currently: The plugin creates an ACL on the WP Admin to allow people to add users to posts.
The following items I would like added:
On the frontend, text field listing the users (emails) allowed to edit the post
On the frontend, the user should be able to add the email address of the user you wish to allow to edit the post. If the user does not exist, create a user, and send them an email that is customizable in the admin frontend.
Author should be able to automatically access posts they create.
Posts should not be accessible by anyone except for the users on the ACL (and admins)
Author should not be listed in the list of users with the ability to edit.
Users can see a list of posts they have access to.
TASKS:
Create plugin that can be referenced via short code that has several functions
- Show the list of users that can edit the current post
- Show a text field that the user can add users via email with
- Show a list containing the posts a user has access to.
TIMELINE:
No rush, if it is cheaper to take longer, please quote as such.

VERIFICATION:
Work will be considered completed when all of the following conditions are met:
- Users can add other users via email on frontend
- List of users able to access the post are shown.
- Author is not shown in list of users that have access to the post.
- Author can access posts they create
- A 403 is presented to users who do not have access to the post.
Becoming an FTS Freelancer:
- You will join our Slack Workspace and a channel for this project.
- You will join our Project Tracking System to ensure all milestones are met
- You will join Github for the project and be required to commit all changes to your own branch.
- You will need to sign an NDA to gain access to systems and for milestones to be released.
Please do not apply if you can not provide all services and talents needed by this project.
