Customize Time Attendance Management System

Dear Freelancer,
We are interested in finding freelancer to build customize time attendance management system (TMS) for our company.
Generally, the customization is like typical TMS ready shelf software. However, there are certain areas we would like to add-on and improvise based on our preferences.
The area we would like to improve :
1) Able to capture daily working hour per day accumulate by daily, weekly, yearly (to identify the piloting hours plotted vs actual hours done)
2) Any leave taken by employee will be counted as hours, this input will added on to their yearly hour accumulation.
3) In weekly schedule, department manager able to choose job designation by hours, eg: Cashier (8AM-12PM) , Receiving (2-3PM), Break (4-5PM), etc) of the day for teammates.
4) Department manager can plot schedule for 4 weeks in advance
