Customize A Laravel Based POS web app and add more features

We are seeking an experienced Laravel developer to customize and enhance our existing Point of Sale (POS) web application. The project involves revamping the billing system, modifying the table management system, integrating QuickBooks, and creating a customized sales tax report format for the Maldives market.
Here are the main tasks that need to be accomplished:
#1: Revamp Billing System:
Our current billing system requires customers to manually purchase a plan every month, lacking automated billing and recurring payment support. We need to implement a new billing system with the following features:
1. User-friendly interface for managing subscriptions.
2. Auto-renewal subscriptions using Stripe, utilizing webhooks and APIs.
3. Retry charge functionality for failed payments, along with email notifications to customers (with customizable retry intervals).
4. Display a top banner for failed payments or bank transfer requirements at the beginning of each billing period for customers using bank transfer as a payment method.
For Stripe Payment Method:
- Implement auto-renewal subscriptions using Stripe, utilizing webhooks and APIs.
- Incorporate retry charge functionality for failed payments, along with email notifications to customers (with customizable retry intervals).
For Offline Payment Methods:
1. Allow customers to upload payment receipts when subscribing to a plan.
2. Instead of purchasing a plan every month, provide an option for customers to upload bank receipts in the subscriptions section. The admin can then review and approve the receipt, extending the subscription accordingly.
3. Enable customers to switch to the Stripe payment method for automatic charges.
4. Display a top banner for expired subscriptions, indicating the requirement to upload a receipt for subscription extension.
#2: Modification to Table Management System/Service Staff:
Currently, only assigned service staff can access the kitchen module. We need to modify the system so that all service staff and cashiers can view the orders received so anyone can mark them as served.
#3: QuickBooks Integration:
Integrate our POS system with QuickBooks to synchronize sales, invoices, payments, and expenses. Additionally, ensure that QuickBooks expense categories are synced with the POS system.
#4: Sales Tax Report Export Format:
Create a custom input and output format for the sales tax report to comply with the requirements of the Maldives tax setup.
