Customize Jitsi

Set up a good Jitsi Server so that it can handle very well 15 concurrent users. Also customise UI and functions by removing a lot of clutter to simplify it. I want the users to just go to www.domain.com/jitsiroom and join automatically with camera and audio. I want to be able to use the plugin on wordpress to set up the pages using Gutenberg blocks. I want the users who join who have certain wordpress role to be assigned moderator role and be able to mute/unmute others.
