Customize my Form Creator Website

I already have a website built in PHP/Codeigniter for creating Drag and Drop forms which can also be downloaded as HTML. Please note that I already have a freelancer who is working on making the form mobile responsive and download the form as a fillable PDF as well along with HTML. 1. Add upload form field
2. Add calnedar form field
3. Currently, there is option of showing different icons like emotions, $ etc before Submit button. I want it to be available for Radio, check boxes, drop downs too
4. Create Login/Signup (I already have Login/Signup script written. You may just integrate the code with this site.)
5. For logged in users, they can also create unique links for each form they create.
6. User can also fix beforehand a message to be shown after clicking the Submit button
7. Logged in users can collect and access the form submission data from their dashboard.
I need full source code and c opy right of the code. I may need help in integrating it in site.
