Customize Elementor Listings Widget -- 2

I've got a business directory WordPress theme that has Elementor widgets for displaying the listings, and out of the box, it gives me all sorts of options for choosing which listings to display, but it doesn't give me the option of choosing exactly which order to display them in, and I want that. So that's the one and only purpose of this project.
I'm currently reordering them using a script I made, but you can see them moving around when you first load the page, so it's not exactly ideal in the long run.
It could even be as simple as a field to put in comma-separated post ID numbers that displays in the order I put them in.
