Customize a CPA affiliate network script

Hi, I want someone with enough experience to be able to help me making a brand new CPA network with less features butt using api
I already have a cpanetwork script with dashboard, front end, backend etc, but there is a lot to do like can be able to add domain and add some security to links.
This project is mostly coded in laravel.
Please only bid if you have experience with affiliate networks and know how it works.
