Customize & Add Features In CRM based in Laravel

We want to add more features into an open source CRM Concord , PHP Laravel based
Below is the list of features. Details will be shared on discussion .
1. Add invoices & estimates
2. Add leads feature
3. Modify workflow automation rules and allow it to be triggered based on object created, updated or time based. Reference will be shared on discussion.
4. Show and buy twilio phone numbers from list of numbers. Billing for it's call per minute, call recording
5. A small framework to add any addon by customer at runtime. Install & uninstall add-ons.
6. Quick books addon. To sync invoice,estimates etc to QuickBooks and vice-versa
7. MailChimp addon to sync contacts with audience list in MailChimp
8. Integrate metabase dashboard & reporting via iframe or direct embedd via metabase api.
