4 Customizations for osclass web site（classified service）

Hello.
I'm making classified service by osclass(open source CMS).
There are four functions I want to implement.
I want to complete them all at once, so please make sure you can handle these all problems for sure.
The web site is made with Japanese, but I'll explain whatever you want to know.
1.keyword search doesn't work well( it's only able to find matching words in post title field).
I want make it work in post description field too.
2.I want to add search field by "date" on top-page.
"date" is not "the day post is created". it's "the date users choose when they make a post",a custom field I added(日付) in OS class admin setting.
There is already search field by date in sidebar(automatically generated when I add custom field 日付), so I think you can check how it works.
3.plugin customization-1
I use a messaging plugin for OS class. I want to add a link(connected to user account) which user can check who is messaging.
4.plugin customization-2
I want to add a notification icon on “My account” link when user get a message from othe users.
