Customization of a plugin for payment system (Everything like payment processing/ Cancellations/ Refund generations etc.)

We have a website where we are using a -- hotel plugin, It has a payment system but it does not show us a refund option. We need to make it working properly.
Secondly, We would like to set up the login system for the --Hotel plugin so that each user or customer has a separate account. They can process the order as guests as well but the preference is that they should create an account first and then proceed with an order.
Please note: We do not want to use WOO COMMERCE in this.
