Customization on laravel based MLM project

I wants to do some customization work for PTCLab.

*I have the script of the project
1) In current version, User can buy only one plan. But now I want, user can buy more then one plan.
2) In current version user will get PTC reward which we have fixed in each PTC. But Know we want, when user will spent the required time, he will get reward of 0.27 percent of the total investment or total plans he buys. for example if user A buys three plans 50$, 100$ and 150$. First of all, as he buys three plans, he can watch three PTC. so know when he play a PTC he will get 0.27 percent of 300$, (because the total of three plans is 300$)
3) In ptc view commission, referral are getting the percentage of the earned reward, but know we want, all the referral will get the ptc view commission of the total investment, For Example, if User B (referred by user A) watch a PTC, User B will get the 0.27 percent of his investment, but the user A (parent)will get the PTC view commission 0.03% of user B's total investment.
