Customization of Ultimate Pos to Fit Restaurant Business Process
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
First I want the user to only login via password only with a pop up numbers in a situation where we are using a touch screen only. One can choose to input via card or key in numbers. Secondly I want the pos to have an option of choosing which location to sell from. E.g Kitchen, Bar A, Bar B etc.
The flow should be first the waiter selects the location, then, categories on the respective location, then choose the item. A single order can have items from multiple locations. And capability to add an item on existing order and send only the added item as KOT
Each location should manage their stocks. And dispatch should be done from respective locations.
When a waiter punches an order it should print a customer bill once per order and also print a KOT on respective location. E.G A cup of tea should be dispatched from the kitchen via LAN printer A and A beer should be dispatched via BAR A on LAN printer B.
The above orders should be cleared separately by respective Cashiers on both Location.
Note the waiter should be able to print the customer bill only one on the service Touch Screen which can either have LAN Printer C or a Local Printer.
We want to achieve a situation where products on each location can be assigned a printer for dispatch (KOT).
Another thing we want to integrate MPESA via a modem. In Kenya we have Mpesa Payment which is very popular. All payments are sent via SMS and confirmed via mobile phone. I want to improvise this by attaching a gsm modem to the server, such that when a payment is the sms is printed via the thermal printer and also cashier can be able to match the SMS payments details to respective sale
