Customization of PHP + Laravel theme

Ekrait.com is a Multipurpose, Mult-iVendor Marketplace Ecommerce website installed from a theme "https://codecanyon.net/item/emart-laravel-multivendor-ecommerce-advanced-cms/25300293" sold by mediacity on codecanyon developed in PHP+Laravel. "www.sharedcanva.com" site is developed from the same theme.
Looking for someone who can co-ordinate with the theme seller and give the site www.ekrait.com a professional looks and check the working of all the functionalities. There may be some functionalities which need to be implemented as per my requirement which will be discussed before awarding the project.
Experienced freelancer with the theme is preferable. Freelance should update the theme as and when it is updated by the theme vendor.
Freelancer should have a team of PHP, Laravel, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
While quoting, freelancer should give the breakup of all the charges with time frame.
