Customization of Houzy Real Estate App

I Have Template App called Houzy - Ultimate Real Estate App Template on FlutterFlow.io.
THE APP IS FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANIES TO LIST THERE HOUSE FOR SALE OR RENT. The App has most of the functions i require. I will need a open API so that real estate company's can use there CRM to upload there house listings without logging into my app, in regards to the CRM i have not chosen which ones we will use we can do that at the end I will also need an API for company's to log in manually to my App to upload there listings, the listing will not need approval they can go live straight away, I will need a payment system as i will be charging company's to advertise there listings for thirty days it would be good if we can have a automated system alerting them that the add will be deleted unless they pay for another thirty days. I will also need google maps integrated into the maps.
The app is already set up for google play and Apple Store the only thing that needs to be done is replace demo logos, names, API, endpoints, etc, to make the App mine.
The App does not have a back end so you will need to use Firebase, you also need set up a dater base. You will also need to be familiar with flutterflow and have a pro plan account with futterflow as that is were the app is. I have a logo and the colors i like are black and blue
