Customization on Active eCommerce Script

Customization to be done are
1. Create Customer ID (Numeric)> Each Customer has their own unique Customer ID
2. Create Order > Adin or staff should be able to create orders on behalf of customers from the Admin panel or Staff panel. They will enter customer ID, Product ID/Name, and create an Order. That order will appear on the customer panel , also customer receive an SMS
3. Shipping Label with Barcode Admin and also vendor will be able to print shipping labels.
4. Shipping Settings I see there is Zone And City Under that Zone. We need to add an Area also. For example, Zone select, City Select, and Area select of that City. Also Zip Code auto-add after selection of Area on the customer side. Admin will manually configure all zone, city, areas, and zip codes. Cost Must be according to the AREA.
5. Integration of SMS Gateway For OTP and all Order Status https://sparrowsms.com/
6. Vendor Portal to be opened separately I see the Vendor panel open under the website, but I want it to be opened on a different link same as the admin panel.
7. Customer and vendor panels should be different The customer panel is okay to open under the website but the vendor panel should be different And customers can not be vendors. If they want to be vendor, they need to sign up separately from the vendor panel
8. Product Verification After the vendor upload the products, an admin must approve it before it goes live
9. Integration of Payment Gateway
> We will integrate a local payment Gateway. Cybersource for debit/credit cards and others are local. ( about 5 )
10. Integration of email marketing/campaign > Admin should be able to pull out email using filters, for example, customers add this month, or customers who purchase above 1000 etc, and send them marketing emails.
