Customising Bigbluebutton HTML Frontend (bbb-html5 ) and Greenlight -- 2

The task requires modifying the bigbluebutton and greenlight frontend with few changes to existing custom developeped frontend and correct few issues.

The issues / customisations are as following -

Related to customised Greenlight Frontend:
1. We need to build the signup and login pages
2. Mails are not being sent to invitees on the schedule a meeting page

Following features which already exist in default bbb-html5 repo have to be incorporated:
1. Participant List - In the current screen, when a meeting starts, participant list is not visible.
2. When someone clicks on “Share a presentation” It asks the user to choose a file and upload it. Post the upload, the presentation is not visible on the screen.
3. Take a poll Option to be incorporated
4. Whiteboard Option to be incorporated
5. Copy the invite link option is not available – to be incorporated.
6. Breakout Room Option to be incorporated
7. Remove Help Menu
