Customised item in woocommerce orsimmilar ecommerce script in php

I need someone to create me custom product in any of existing opensource simple ecommerce scripts - ideally in PHP.
I can consider Wordpress or opencart but I dont want to install any advanced plugins.
I want to start selling some services and as a order I need to obtain some informations from user before checkout.
I need user to fill in 3 forms with texe on website and upload the file as a part of checkout process.
One of the text forms need to be editable by user after order is completed.
Uploaded file should be saved in database and copy on webserver with reference in database to the file.
