Customise Customer Creation form, Link New Customer to referee, Link UNA and Magento Customer Database, Create a Reward System

I need some customization of a UNA.IO platform which allows an existing user to enter in the details of a new user they are referring to the platform, which links the new user to the referee and then updates the customer data base both in UNA.IO and Magento2 with the new client record. When the new user is created it sends them an email from a WYSIWYG template the user can create which informs the person they have been referred and gives them an opt-out option.
An admin feature is needed that tracks the volume of sales of the customer and any person he as referred and rewards the customer with X% points each month with a monthly report generated.
