Customer Panel in PHP
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
We have an application to manage our datacenter needs and provide a self-service portal for our customers to do things like manage their infrastructure, create tickets, view invoices, request datacenter access and alike. The system also connects to various other systems like SNMP network hardware, APIs for power accounting, OpenStack and alike.
We are continuously working on and improving this system and in order to speed things up, we want to enhance our developer team (currently 2 full-timers + 4 freelancers) by 1-2 more freelancers on a longer-term basis 6-12 months+. The current focus shall be frontend.
We work with Scrum (but certainly not to the full extend), Jira and gitlab on the organizational side and PHP, MySQL and Symfony on the software side.

Work communication needs to happen in our systems only so Jira and Microsoft Teams. We cannot use other systems than that. Time tracking happens in Jira.
