Custom work for WCFM Plugin

Hi, My Name is Bassem, and I want to add some functionalities to the WCFM Ultimate plugin by adding 3 buttons for each order row on the vendor order page data grid, each button will call an external API for Shipment Service as below:
- First Button to copy order details and send specific data to the API with a status message. (Will be enabled only when the order is new, processing, returned, or on hold except for Complete)

- The second one is to Print the shipment label for the copied order data from API. (Will be enabled when the Previous button is done successfully)

- The third one is to Request a pick-up for the order from an API. (Will be enabled when the Previous button is done successfully). The API will request a username and password to connect or a credential may come from another API. We can provide a pop-up page to enable the user to enter a username and password for each call or save it temp in the session it is up to you. I need your cost estimate for those requests. Thanks in advance for your co-operation.

The APIs are JSON and provided from bosta.co as a shipping service provider.
