Users register and login. They then have a selection of markers they can choose then place on a map. This marker removes itself after one hour. Users in the same postcode will then get a notification that somebody has placed down a marker in their radius/postcode. The website is for marking accidents,etc in the area so that users of that postcode become aware of it via push notifications.
