Custom web application using Laravel framework

Hi there,
We are a small development company looking for a long term Laravel developer to take over a system we are currently building. The project has already been largely implemented and we are now looking for someone to complete it as we reorganize our teams. We offer complete technical support to get acquainted with the project before anything else.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
We are building a web solution for a company in the United States that deals with garage doors. In short, the system that is built in Laravel helps the company manage customers, vendors, the ability to insert garage door parts, build configurators and create quotes.
The project is currently in development phase (Phase 1) and we are trying to finalize and release the first BETA version. There is a Phase 2 in the plan for more implementations, but this will be discussed later, after the launch of Phase 1.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:
We have a set of remaining development tickets and a few bugs that need to be finalized in order to finalize Phase 1. Based on the tickets, we created a document that shows exactly what needs to be implemented. BUDGET AND TIMELINE:
The workload is estimated at approx: 150 hours, the budget is calculated at $20 /hour. Budget is $3000. We work on a fixed budget for Phase 1. We want to be finalized in 5 - 6 weeks but if it can be done sooner even better.
