Custom view from Airtable database -- 2
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I would like to be able to set a date range (usually 2 weeks at a time) and use the data from Airtable to create a custom view to show our workboard set out from Monday to Sunday, sorted in columns by the installation team doing the job, and the rows being Monday to Sunday.
On each job, it would show the customer name, job description, number of hours and one other Airtable column detail. The jobs would appear in a cell, so for example if an install team had 2 jobs for the day, one 6 hours and one 4 hours long, the 6 hour job would take up 60% of the space, the 4 hour job would take up 40% of the space. Maximum of 7 jobs in a day.
I have attached a screenshot of an example of the Airtable we would be taking info from and also a view of how we want the final board to look like, a very simple version, final version will look better.
I also need a few columns available for text entires.
As Airtable is depricating API keys, this will need to be done with Personal Access Tokens
Ideally need to be able to view this through a webpage
