Custom timesheet for my company

I am tired of paying much money for systems where I only use like 10% of the system. I want to have a simple timereport system that doesnt track any time for each employee. It just focus on gathering information.
I want it to be simple as each emplyee can just go to a website end of each day and add the information and thats it.
I´m looking for a system that can gather data about how many hours each employee work and what projects. It needs to be simple, so it doesnt take so much time from each employee. I am not intrested in to much information about tasks, I just need information about hours on each project and which client.
Needs:
Gather data so I know how much I should invoice clients
Gather data so I know how much I should pay in salary to those who dont have fixed salary.
This information would be awesome to gather daily and get sent to me;
1. Which employee 2. How many hours 3. Which project 4. Which client 5. Notes from the day/information to the manager
