Custom theme integration with WordPress

Looking for a programmer to do WordPress integration with a theme that has been designed in Figma. Access to Figma theme will be given. The theme integration will need setting up of all pages into the WordPress and should be managed from admin panel of WP easily making them editable for content. Plugins needed will have to be installed as per the site need.
The integration should be withing WP rules so updates to plugins is seamless. No manual or hard coding will be accepted.
