Custom sticky header for OpenCart 3 with Journal 3 Theme

We need an experienced developer to edit our OpenCart 3 store using Journal 3 theme.
We want an custom sticky header:
- A product sticky header, with product details, price and add to cart button
- A normal sticky header, with menu (what we already have) for all the other pages of the website with a little more transition time added.
Futher we will have more projects for you: a custom made map for an information page with anchors hiding and appering text, some pre-build shipping modules to edit that are not working etc.
