Custom plugin in wordpress

Hi, I am working on my new website and need help from a WordPress expert who can custom build my Product page of the website.

I just need someone who can customize the product page rest of my website is working fine I don't need any changes.

Requirement.

1. Create a bar that will change the price of the product.
2. "Choose your color" change the picture
3. "Choose your Legs" No price change
4. "Choose your depth" change price based on "Extra deep" and "Regular"
5. "Choose your Cushion" price change if needed

I need improved design and with proper mobile view.
