Custom plugin for Hubspot Api integration

Hello, I need a custom plugin for sending user info to Hubspot.
1. write a wordpress plugin which can have an option page on wp admin panel
2. Option page can have field where user can fill api key and save it.
3. then i need second option which you can call Import user to CRM, that should have button and that button will take all the wordpress users email, firstname, lastname and put the data in hubspot contacts
4. in options page there should be a checkbox which is optional ( if checkbox is checked all the register user should go to hubspot directly if not then ignore)
5. provide a function call or might be direct function for other developers "addToHubspot(email, first_name, last_name)" so if other devloper can call this funcitons and give three values this functions should add user to hubspot. ( it should work in functions.php )
