Custom integration for WooCommerce and Bitrix24 -- 3

I am seeking a skilled freelancer who can help me integrate my WooCommerce store with Bitrix24. My specific requirements include product and order synchronization, both in real-time and periodically. Additionally, I need some customizations and additional features in the integration.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Expertise in WooCommerce and Bitrix24
- Experience with custom integrations
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration

- Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates on the progress of the project.

Features:
- Plugin needs to be native WooCommerce plugin
- The areas to synchronize are Orders, Products, Customers, Segments
- We need information to sync both ways in real time.
- Product inventory sync needs to happen either in real time when edited in b24 or run on WP CRON
- Orders need to come in with UTM
- Customers need to be added to segments based on the product categories in cart
- If a purchaser already exists in B24 the new order needs to show in their account.
- Order stages need to be connected and synced in real time so that if they are updated in B24 they get updated in WooCommerce.
