Custom features development for a job board website

Hello,
for my website, I am looking for a very good developer to implement specific features in order to improve the user experience.
In short, I have a pretty big knowledge base of occupations and skills (https://jinn.careers/wiki), and I would like to use the data in it to provide more options for the users when they save a resume (https://jinn.careers/submit-resume), or look for a job. For employers, this will help them when they post a job or to search for a talent in the resume database. In all cases, they should be able to select an occupation from the database, and get all the skills of it, or browse per skill, etc.

For this mission I am looking mostly for someone with a significant experience of custom development in WordPress, or plugin development. UI/UK experience is a plus.
