Custom E-commerce Wordpress Theme

Hello,

Need someone to design and develop a custom wordpress theme with the following features ( These are few we will provide a complete list shortly


There should be 2 type of profile
Service provider (SP)
Service buyer (SB)
Features for Service provider
We (Site admin) should be able to create a custom profile page
Custom fields should be searchable by (SB)
Should provide a feature listing option ( Free and paid option )
The profile is visible only after the admin verifies it
SP can leave feedback on SB which can be viewed by the public when approved by admin.
If SP makes any changes to the profile it should get delisted and admin approval is needed for activation again
They should only be able to SB by a code number
They should have an option to upload pictures like a photo gallery
Features Service buyer
We (Site admin) should be able to create a custom profile page
The system will be able to auto-generate a profile number based on a few preconditions
They should be able to provide a review to SP and upload proofs of work ( only for admin ) and the review can be displayed after admin approval
They should be able to view & search all the SP profiles
The SB can only view the SP number if they have bought a membership from us.
