Custom code WP Plugin Styling -- 2

I have a real estate WordPress custom coded plugin that does automatic post of MLS properties from a zip file. It’s a custom plug-in that opens, reads, creates a database and import and post all listings from a zip MLS file to any Wordpress site. It creates 2 main pages, 1 page is for all property and 1 detail page of each property. It needs better styling, there are some options in the back end dashboard for styling but don't seem to work properly and the main styling how it’s posted needs work, I need a coder with an eye for design to make it look nice. I need someone creative and can style this like a pro to look super attractive with UX design. At the plugin level not the theme level, so I want this plugin to be able to post on any wp theme properly without having to style each time. I mean sure the basic plugin functions that are implemented now can work for colors fonts, etc. but the main styling of how it displays in the pages need to be automatic.
