Custom chat + nginx-rtmp integration in playtube script!

Im looking for a developer that will integrate a livestream nginx-rtmp + chat in my site based on playtube script.

Details:
1. Replace Agora with nginx-rtmp (i have rtmp server)
2. Add chat to livestream with tipmenu, emojis and gifs
3. create frontend for streamer
I have created templates in photoshop, design how i wanna that it looks. I uploaded one of them so you can understand what im looking for.
Im looking for a developer that work precisely, understand english and have at least monitor with 1920x1080 resolution. (problems with the former developer)
If you will be successful , you will get other projects waiting to be completed (apps integration, other php sites...)
