Custom-built Jewelry Stock Management CMS

I am looking for a motivated and experienced PHP developer who can help me build a custom CMS for my jewelry business. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of creating CMSs from scratch, with strong PHP skills being an absolute necessity.

Essential features should include:

1. Purchase Module
Entry with all details (like color (gold, silver, etc.) with photo and QR code and seller details like name, address, etc.) Item category

2. Stock Module
Item list with category: Color; Add selling price for this item; Item Rack Number; No. of Stock Items.

3. Buyer Module
Entry Buyer Detail, like name, address, etc. (like, I have 30 items in stock and the sell item is 20)

3. Sell Module (when selling, automatic reduction from stock)
Item sale entry | Buyer details (Like, I have 30 items in stock and the sell item is 20.)

4. RD Department Module
Sell Item Transfer to RD Department | Ok Item | Defect Item | Repair Item
(Like transfer to RD 20.)

5. Final Sales Module (Transfer from the RD Department)
(If the RD department transfers 15 items instead of 20, that means 5 items are under the RD department for repair.)

6. Final Bill Module
System automatically generates a 15-item bill with buyer details

Note: All tracking is done by QR code or item code.
