Custom-built CakePHP Software

We are building custom software for a large business in the travel industry, to manage bookings and customers and provide tools for staff to use to communicate with customers and manage their travel arrangements. The software is live but there are ongoing modifications, improvements, and updates required.
We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team for 10-20 hours a week on an ongoing basis. They should be familiar with the CakePHP Framework, large-scale MySQL databases, Javascript / jQuery, Linux and Apache. They must be an excellent communicator who can take instruction and correction well, ask good clarifying questions, and work independently.
