Custom Wordpress module to display prices on webpages

I am looking for an experienced wordpress developer who can develop a wordpress module for me to display prices on certain webpages under buttons on the webpage. I am doing this so that website users can know the minimum cost of a product before they start using a product configurator.

Module is simple but needs to be implemented so it does not impact site speed ( minimal js ).

Module design is:

1. Load via excel csv file
2. Each Price correspends to a specific SKU in the system
3, Price display location to be under a button such as "Starts from $XXXX"
4. Price location will be on Elementor forms and need to be mapped to module for instant update
5. I will maintain pricing after module build - this is a tool to make price updates easier.
6. Module will work with Elementor controls, so that custom elementor UI element is mapped back to module element.
7. Developer to add elementor fields to all pages with SKU configurator ( approx 30 SKU)
8 Module fields: ( tabular viewing style )
- SKU ( identifier)
-Price ( with colour, size and font )
- Precursor text ( for before price value ) ( with colour size and font )
- Elementor Widget ID - ( use Elementor widget framework to address the text and price value intot he form )
