Custom Wordpress Youtube Video Playlist Embed with unique features required

Hello everyone,
I have a unique project that requires the service of a YouTube API developer that is comfortable working in a wordpress environment, here is a list of some of the needed elements for this project.
- Youtube Embedded Playlists that presented when a button is clicked
- A search feature that will search the youtube playlist for a match, if no match found in playlist then search youtube for a match
- add a video from an embedded playlist to a new custom playlist that is visible on the web page in an allocated section
- create a random play button option for an active embedded playlist
I will provide the Project URL and further details to interested freelencers.
There will be ongoing work available to the successful freelancer on this project and others.
