Custom Wordpress Widget to update hours -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled programmer who can create, troubleshoot, and modify a custom WordPress widget for my website. This widget needs to update certain information on my site whenever I make changes. The widget must be written in PHP, and will display simple text (no audio or video). Additionally, I need the widget to be mobile friendly and responsive. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WP development, including plugins and widgets.
