Scope of Work (SOW) for WordPress Custom Theme & Plugin Project
Objectives
Improve, customize, or extend existing functionality of the theme/plugin.
Ensure code is clean, scalable, and adheres to WordPress coding standards.
Provide maintenance and support during the development phase.
Deliverables
MSME Admin Panel
Build a role-based admin dashboard for MSME admins.
Implement functionality to manage users, training data, case studies, and assessments.
Include summary cards (e.g., total users, active courses, recent signups).
Add data filters and search functionality for better management.
2. User Dashboard
Create a front-end dashboard for registered users.
Display personalized information such as enrolled courses, case studies accessed, assessment status, and upcoming events.
Include edit profile, password change, and basic settings.
Develop a course listing page (with category filters, tags).
Course progress tracking via 3rd party API.
Option to enroll, complete lessons, and get a completion badge/certificate.
4. Training, Case Studies and Best Practices
The subuser should see all the training and development and see all the courses based on the subscription and should be able to access the case study. Redirect to a 3rd party platform.
Frontend listing with filter/sort options (e.g., by sector, date) .
Highlight best practices via tagging or featured flags.
Admin should be able to add the case studies for the subusers.
5. Assessment & Counselling
Build a quiz/assessment feature (MCQs, scoring logic).
Working with zoho forms.
6. Events Section & Conferences
Custom post type for events with listing. Redirection to zoho backstage and should perform the SSO.
API Webhook setup and should be able to provide the real time updates.
7. Testing
Enhance the user dashboard and admin dashboard UI
Skills Required
Strong PHP, WordPress core,WooCommerce, theme and plugin development experience.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, and jQuery.
API integrations (REST/3rd-party)
Familiarity with MySQL and custom queries.
Experience with version control (Bit-Bucket preferred).
