Project Title:
WooCommerce Plugin for TopOn API Integration (Digital Voucher Fulfillment)

Project Brief:
We need a custom WooCommerce plugin developed to integrate with TopOn Global's voucher fulfillment API. The goal is to automatically trigger a TopOn API call when an order is placed and deliver the voucher to the customer upon successful response. The integration must support callback handling for status updates (e.g., SUCCESS, FAILED, REFUNDED) and store voucher codes securely.

Core Requirements:

Trigger TopOn API topUp call upon WooCommerce order completion

Include SKU (denomination/variant) and customer order data in API request

Auto sync of products and their variants/sku with images automatically every hour

Handle asynchronous callback from TopOn with status updates

Store returned voucher code (if available) and attach to WooCommerce order

Automatically email the customer with voucher details once received

Build basic plugin settings page to manage TopOn API credentials

Log all API requests/responses for debugging

Nice to Have:

Retry logic for failed API calls

Basic admin UI to manually resend failed requests

Voucher resend option from admin order view
