Custom WooCommerce Plugin for Supplier Shipping API

I need a skilled developer to create a WooCommerce plugin for me. This plugin should calculate the shipping methods used by my supplier, and the shipping cost and present them at the checkout page.
- The shipping methods/costs used by my suppliers include: Transfer company, Delivery at customer, Courier, and customer's transfer company.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Extensive experience in WooCommerce plugin development
- Proficiency in PHP and WordPress
- Familiarity with different shipping methods
- Ability to create custom solutions based on specific requirements.
Please note that the third question regarding additional shipping options was skipped, so the plugin only needs to support the options listed above.
