Custom WooCommerce Cost Calculator Plugin

Hi there,
We are seeking a talented plugin developer to create a woocommerce plugin for our ecommerce website.
The plugin is to calculate the quantity of a product that is required based on the size and shape input from the customer.
The plugin will then calculate the quantity of products required along with other required products and automatically add them products and the chosen quantity to the cart / basket ready for purchase.

As an example:
The customer has a measurement of 10m x 10m (100 sqM).
Once the customer has entered their measurements they will be presented with an option to select which product type (2 variations / types) they require.
They should then see a option to select colour (based on which product type they select).
Once the customer has selected their colour choice the cost calculator will automatically add the quantity required based on the size measurements.
The calculator will also calculate the number of accessories required based on the measurements entered.
Once the customers clicks on Add to Basket their choices and quantity of products is automatically added to their woocommerce cart ready for purchase.

This is going to be a fairly complex plugin so please only bid if you have the relevant plugin development experience to complete this project.
We are NOT looking for someone who "thinks" they can do this only to struggle with the technical development side, you should be fully experienced and have the capability to develop plugins like this.
