Custom WooCommerce App Creation

I require the creation of a WooCommerce or similar extension/app to assist my business. We are electricians, and are looking to sell products with installation.
We are looking for an interactive product selector where customers answer a set of predefined questions. The answers to these questions leads the customer to 2 or 3 possible products. The customer chooses the appropriate product and is then able to select a timeslot for appointment - either AM or PM and their date of choice.
Next day or weekend appointments would be at a premium price.
The appointments would link to an online calendar, and would only allow a maximum number of appointments per day.
We would also like the opportunity to upsell within the checkout flow.
During checkout the customers postcode is checked, and will confirm if installation is available in that area.
