To streamline our operations and improve efficiency, we are looking to develop a custom web-based software solution that will integrate all aspects of our business, from subscription management to staff coordination. The software will have three primary panels: Subscriber, Staff, and Admin, each designed to meet the unique needs of our users.
Key Requirements:
Subscriber Panel:
User registration and login system with Subscriber and Admin login toggles.
View and manage subscription details, reserved seats, and shift information.
Online subscription renewal and payment processing.
Ability to request seat/shift changes, branch transfers, and locker registration.
Support ticket system for subscriber issues and inquiries.
Automated notifications via WhatsApp and SMS for payment reminders, subscription renewals, and updates.
Staff Panel:
Staff account creation and role-based access control (e.g., Frontend Managers, Supervisors).
Manage subscriber registrations, assign shifts, seat reservations, and lockers.
Fee management system with invoice generation and payment tracking.
Enquiry management and reporting system for potential subscribers.
Leave management and attendance tracking for staff members.
Integration with the Admin Panel for seamless communication and data management.
Admin Panel:
Full access to all subscriber, staff, and operational data.
Comprehensive fee management and payment tracking.
Seating arrangement management with a dynamic booking system.
Locker management with rental tracking.
Bulk messaging system to send notices or updates to subscribers via WhatsApp and SMS.
Reporting tools for monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, expenses, profit-loss, and GST compliance.
Ability to pause or freeze subscriber accounts and bulk adjust subscriptions as needed.
