About the Project
The Vidyamrit Foundation is seeking a reliable and experienced freelancer or development team to build a custom web-based Project Management System to support our literacy intervention program in government schools across India. The system will streamline operations, track student learning progress, manage tutors, and ensure that literacy goals are met efficiently and transparently.
Project Objective
To build a user-friendly and robust system that supports:
Tracking literacy levels of students across multiple subjects and schools
Managing tutor and school assignments
Conducting and analyzing baseline and periodic assessments
Monitoring attendance and student movement across learning groups
Real-time tracking of progress and performance at student, school, and tutor levels
Scope of Work
The freelancer will design, develop, and deploy a secure and scalable web application (mobile-responsive preferred) with the following key features:
1. Content & Session Management
System stores level-wise content and the number of sessions per level (Math, Hindi, English)
Assessments available per level and subject
Randomized question/content delivery within assessments
2. User & Tutor Management
Admin can create/edit/delete user and tutor accounts
Tutor roles with restricted access
Assign tutors to specific schools
3. School Management
Admin can add/edit/delete school profiles
Tutors can view and manage assigned schools
4. Student Management
Tutors/Admin can add or update student profiles
Each student linked to a school and a group
5. Assessment Management
Tutors can initiate baseline or periodic assessments
Subject and level selection manually or sequential
Questions/content loaded in randomized order
Option to end assessments manually
6. Auto Grouping & Flexibility
System auto-groups students by learning levels (grouping logic provided by NGO)
Tutors can override and manually move students between groups
Students can be added or dropped from groups
7. Attendance Tracking
Daily or session-wise student attendance marking
8. Progress Monitoring
Admin dashboards:
Individual student progress (level-wise and percentage)
School-wise progress overview
Tutor-wise performance analytics
Reporting & Analytics
Exportable reports (Excel/PDF) for:
Group-wise summaries
Attendance reports
Tutor engagement
Assessment scores and trends
Access Control
Admin and Tutor roles with tiered access
