Custom WHMCS Module for VPS Management

I'm in need of a proficient developer who can create a tailored WHMCS server module. This module will facilitate the integration with our OpenStack-based VPS platform, enabling our clients to oversee their VPS instances directly from their WHMCS client area. The module should be built in PHP.
Key Functionalities:
- Basic VPS Management: This includes actions like rebooting, starting, stopping, suspending, and unsuspending their VPS instances.
- Information Retrieval: Clients should be able to view VPS details such as CPU, RAM, storage, and IP address, as well as their bandwidth usage.
