Custom Vendor Purchasing Software Development

I’m looking to get a custom vendor purchasing software developed for my company, which operates multiple restaurant locations. The primary goal is to streamline and centralize our purchasing process. Each store should be able to place orders from a predefined item list using a simple, mobile-friendly interface (accessible via phone or tablet). These orders should be received centrally by our purchasing manager through a backend system, where they can view and manage all store orders. The backend should also allow access to detailed order history reports by item, store, day, month, and year. We need the ability to set and manage par levels for each item, and easily add, edit, or remove items from the system. Additionally, the purchasing manager should be able to add comments to each item in the order list upon receipt. This system must support multi-location use and allow for scalable customization.
