Custom Twitter (X.com) Auto-Reply Bot

Hi a am looking for someone to build me a Twitter bot as follows:
- I need a bot where i can preload multiple twitter accounts into it.
- I need to be able to input a list of accounts in a txt format and the bot will automatically monitor those accounts. (will only stop if i close the bot so need to be able to monitor 24/7 if needed)
- Once one of the accounts make a new tweet the bot should auto reply to that tweet with all the preloaded accounts from a given txt template. (so multiple replies to the same tweet, with all the preloaded accounts)
- I should be able to configure multiple preset templates that these accounts will use to reply to those tweets and the accounts will reply from those preset templates randomly.
Also i need a clean interface, user friendly with an executable file so no need to install all python libraries and so on.
