I'm looking for a skilled developer who can create a Twitter app for my custom-built website. This app should be compatible with OAuth 2.0, and should request the tweet.write, tweet.read, and users.read scopes.
In terms of functionality, the app needs to support:

Once the app is created, I would need you to provide the API key and secrets for integration into my existing script. If possible, full app transfer to my account would be ideal.
