Custom Ticket System Discord Bot

Looking for a custom ticket system that allows customers to make a ticket in discord
Needs to allow open/close of tickets
Needs to allow claiming of tickets
Needs to allow a payment command (ex: /charge 16) This will tell the customer to pay $16.00 and display all payment methods for that certain support staff.
Needs to allow a paid command (ex: /paid) Once this is done, it logs earnings which at the end of the day we can see the earnings for that support staff.
Needs to allow a refund command ex: /ref) This is used when the order is refunded and removes earnings from the log
Needs to allow transcripts
